The Supreme Court just ruled that it’s now legal for employers to make workers sign away their right to file class-action lawsuits against them and instead take their troubles to a private court system that favors the corporations. Put simply, #metoo just got massacred.

To start getting what you want, take inventory about what you were raised to believe and then let it go. Get real about what you want, and start chipping away at anything that’s limiting you from that (you know what we’re talking about: bad friends, boring jobs…). No people-pleasing allowed.
Know your worth. Don’t settle. Be magnetic.

That killer migraine is your body’s way of telling you it wants to rest. Close your eyes and imagine your happy place while taking slow, deep breaths. Use the mantra “I am safe” while letting go of any uncomfortable emotions with each exhale. Drink water. You’re going to be just fine.

It could be your nighttime routine. Reading is a soothing way to relax and unwind before bed, butreading from an iPad can actually hurt your sleep quality. Spending too much time in front of a screen can push back bedtime, suppress melatonin levels and cut down on all those sweet dreams. Next time you decide to pick up a book before bed, go old school with a real one!
